Over the years, our team has helped preserve the commercial building’s appearance through a series of comprehensive restoration projects. This particular project came about due to damage the building received from a tornado in 2008. We worked alongside multiple construction companies as they completed repairs to the commercial office building in Atlanta, GA.

Our restoration mission in Atlanta, GA included the meticulous cleaning, revitalization, and protective measures for glass windows, stone, and stainless steel. Leveraging our cutting-edge Glass ReSurfacer System, we revitalized the architectural window glass, enhancing this multi-story structure. This glass restoration system effectively eliminates stains, surface damage, and light scratches from a diverse range of glass surfaces.
To safeguard the glass from damaging elements such as corrosion, stains, water erosion, we applied Glass Defender MD. This product is a high-performance, invisible coating with a protective lifespan of up to 5 years. The stainless steel elements of the building were transformed with EnviRestore MSR. This product removes stains caused by mineral deposits, rust, salts, efflorescence, tap or well water. We then applied our Metal Protector MD, which shields the stainless steel metal surfaces from the corrosive effects of water and oxygen and helps prevent these elements from aiding in the corrosion of the metal; thus preventing the need for frequent restoration.
Our expertise extended to the precast stone of the commercial building, rejuvenated with the aid of Stone Restore HD, an acid-based cleaner renowned for its efficacy against various stains, including mineral-based blemishes such as efflorescence and rust.
Additionally, we undertook the repair of damaged caulking using Dow Silicone Caulking. We then followed with the application of a waterproof coating to the precast stone of the north tower. To access even the most challenging areas, our team of commercial building restoration experts utilized swing stages and rappelling equipment.
