Presto's founder and CEO, Judah Clark, began Presto Property Services in Atlanta, GA, offering window cleaning and pressure washing maintenance services. Focused on high-performing, long-lasting solutions, Clark expanded the company into Presto Restoration, a commercial building exterior restoration and waterproofing firm with a comprehensive approach honed over decades.

Initially, Presto used all available market products and techniques for exterior building cleaning, restoration, and preservation, but found them ineffective, short-lived, or hazardous. After extensive research, Presto partnered with chemical engineers to develop a proprietary line of restoration and protection products. This innovative line is the industry's first complete solution for cleaning, restoring, and protecting multiple architectural surfaces.
