We handle large-scale external restoration projects and are dedicated to providing the superior service you deserve. Presto's founder and CEO, Judah Clark, began Presto Property Services in Atlanta, GA, offering window cleaning and pressure washing maintenance services. Focused on high-performing, long-lasting solutions, Clark expanded the company into Presto Restoration, a commercial building exterior restoration and waterproofing firm with a comprehensive approach honed over decades.

Initially, Presto used all available market products and techniques for exterior building cleaning, restoration, and preservation, but found them ineffective, short-lived, or hazardous. After extensive research, Presto partnered with chemical engineers to develop a proprietary line of restoration and protection products. This innovative line is the industry's first complete solution for cleaning, restoring, and protecting multiple architectural surfaces.
