They also removed it from the concrete-to-building joints at the deck floors. Next, we installed new backer rod and bond breaker tape where each joint needed it. Our crew then applied new high-performance silicone caulking and tooled every bead into a smooth, concave shape for a clean, watertight finish.
Our team also sealed the patio-to-wall transition on three sides of each patio and installed new flashing along the outer edge. Presto used a lift to reach upper-level windows safely across all six buildings and the clubhouse.
